Tutors must be:

• Passionate about education.
  
• Experts in their chosen field.
• Engaging and inspiring towards students.
• Experienced in supporting children through education.
• Strong in their own academic credentials (minimum degree level).
• Organised, reliable and on time.
• Dedicated to his/her tutees.

• Relevant teaching experience.
• Specialist subject(s).
• DBS information.
• Contact information.

The application process:

• All C.V. applications will be screened by our Education Hotel team before successful applicants are passed on to the next stage.
• You will be asked to sign up to our online tutor platform TutorCruncher – once you have successfully filled out all your information we’ll invite you to interview.
• All interviews are done  by Director Jemma Zoe Smith. This allows us to ensure the best match for both you and our families.
• We want you to impress us at each stage of the process with your thoughtfulness and professionalism so please provide us with as many details as possible and arrive on time to interviews.
• We do receive a lot of applications and want to go through them all properly so please be patient whilst waiting for a response.
• We are particularly looking for tutors who specialise in science & maths.
