Our Learning Mentors offer support and guidance to children who are experiencing challenges with their learning. Our mentors work closely with students who may be struggling with social, emotional or confidence issues that might affect their ability to learn. Our mentors are trained to motivate, guide and advise students on how to achieve their goals and benefit from feeling fulfilled in their learning.

You child’s mentor can work alongside schools and be in contact with teachers and other staff. Our mentors help students to overcome the barriers that are preventing them from achieving their full potential.

  • Mentors can help with a range of areas, including:
  • Punctuality
  • Absence or school refusal
  • Lack of confidence
  • SEN needs
  • Independence
  • Executive skills
  • Working with able and gifted learners who are experiencing difficulties.

Mentors may support students by creating personal and educational goals and objectives, monitoring learning and emotional progress, assisting families by liaising with the school and guiding the student towards the next step of their education.
